One of the most potent symbols of Hawaii is Hula. Hula is the window of the Hawaii's beauty, traditions, and culture. It's communicated by Hawaiian dancers. Usually youthful beauties with dreamy smiles undulating to the rhythmic of the meaningful and religious songs. Hawaiian dancers don't just dance, but they have that power to take me to a different place where I see the life on an angelic way. The delicate but vibrant, as the waves of its beaches, movements involve me into a jar of emotions that can't be seen but feel.

If one day you fell lost and I'm not beside you, I will send you my strenght. I will send yu all I have so you can dance with me. We will dance with our hearts. We will dance for sadness, for tears and even for madness. Just as I do, we will dance for fears, for laughter, for the hopes, for the screams, and dreams. I will invite you to my world-where you won't feel lost. Each one of us in a different place, so far away, but dancing together...

It's how I dance
Interlacing my hands into mazy lines
With a delicate but unpredictable rhythm, I can feel myself free.
It's how I dance, in my mind, heart, body, and soul.
Escaping out of my black cloud and transforming the space and people
Who are in danger of becoming all brains without feelings.
In a harmonious way, I'm not dancing because I'm happy, but I'm happy because I'm dancing!

I would dance all night. Even if I was in pain, I would dance even more. I would dance until the pain would go away, until I couldn't feel my feet, until I forgot why I was dancing. I would dance as if no one could see me. I would dance to music, to myself, and even to people. I would dance with no fears. I would dance looking at the joy of the world, with a smile in my face. I would dance showing that I have a life and that being alive is the only thing I need to dance. I would dance and laugh to the world that I share with you and to the smile on your face. I would dance to the moment that we are living in.
So, dance, dance, dance!
So, dance, dance, dance!

I just need to have a willing heart
I do not need to be a professional dancer to be able to dance-just have a willing heart and a reasonable sense of rhythm. Knowing how to look to the bright side of life and not only hearing the music, but feeling it is all you need. I do not need to be an artist or have a dance partner but, I need to know how to look at life in a different way. Dancing was born of joy and happiness, and it gave the body the magic of movement in rhythm and harmony. Dancing is having the power of providing myself with passion, let myself go away like a leaf in the wind, and feel my hands and feet in unity clash.

When I'm dancing Hula, I don't feel I'm just dancing. It is a way of life to which many teachers and students dedicate their lives to. Most of the hula schools are strict, they have Kapu or rules that varied through the different schools. But certain codes of conduct are usual.
How I said Hula is not just dancing, it is the study of the Hawaiian Culture,
Language, History, Legends, and Traditions. The movements performed are just the surface. Hula is a tight and cultural system that celebrates creation and procreation, mythological and legendary exploits,
historical events and places, love relations, and
natural life. It's being liable but doing what I most like.

Beth Jones quote
“To dance is to reach for a word that doesn’t exist,
To sing the heart-song of a thousand generations,
To feel the meaning of a moment in time.”
- Beth Jones
This Beth Jones quote tells us that dancing, we can find that delicate balance between perfection and beauty. It is something that can not be explained with words but has to be danced. It does not really matter who you are or where you are, you are just living in the moment.
